We are certified as an authorized customs broker under the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) system.
SHIN-EI GUMI CO.,LTD., recognized as a custom broker with well-prepared cargo security management and compliance systems in international logistics, is authorized by the Osaka Customs Bureau as an Authorized Customs Broker under the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) system on the 19th of June,2018.
SHIN-EI GUMI CO.,LTD. is the first AEO customs broker based in Wakayama.

The Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) system.
AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) is a system aiming at reinforcing Japan's international competitiveness by ensuring the cargo security and facilitating the processes in international logistics.
Specifically, this system allows the businesses which have established and implemented security management and legal compliance systems to take advantage of rapid, simplified customs procedures.
Benefit for our customers
Customs declaration after cargo pickup in the import customs procedures for cargo commissioned from an importer (Exempted Commissioned Import Declaration System) enables us the facilitating and expediting cargo delivery, which dramatically increases customer's convenience.
AEO customs brokers are allowed to file an export declaration outside of a bonded area, provided that an authorized logistics operators transport the cargo to the bonded area.
It contributes to shorten the delivery lead-time and reduce the cost for customers.
